It appears that our market activity may be picking up! Buyers are taking advantage of the great home prices and interest rates. Short Sales and Foreclosures continue to dominate our market. As of April 1st, there are currently 777 homes for sale in Fountain Hills (a lucky number?) with 463 of those being single family homes and 63 Foreclosures. The average price is $733,362. There are 78 homes currently in escrow with an average price of $532,619. The average days on the market were 212. There were 62 homes that sold/closed escrow in March.
